“The water system in the town is known to be VERY dingy, so much there was black rings in toilet , orange taint under faucet in tub.. concerning when showering. Luckily, they were aware and didn't charge for the grime the water left on their white towels. I enjoyed the set up, but main reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the astronomical deposit, which is only casually mentioned in listing (Expedia).. 1.5k!! And takes over 2 weeks to get back.. if 2 weeks without 1500 isn't inconvenient, then...

“There were outdoor furniture for the living room, the heating did not work and the plumbing was not working. When the plumbing problem started we got our things together and went home. Mind you 3 days early. We stayed 3 1/2 days. Bed was worn out, it was just a terrible so called week vacation. We will never stay at THE MARK ever again!!”

“There was nothing wrong with the host or their home. It was wonderful, the only downside was the elevator not working properly, and it smelled , really bad like fish. So of course, if you have a weak stomach, you cannot ride the elevator, so thank God it was only 1 story up. This is on Point West beach club to fix.”

“Check in via the condo was quick however, the key was not in the lockbox. Spent the next 1.5 hours waiting to get inside the condo. There are 2 lockboxes and neither had a key. There is a touchpad on the door but they wouldn’t provide me the code. I had to keep calling the mgmt co BeachBox for updates. I was hung up on once. I was never offered even an apology. I would not recommend this condo or any place managed by BeachBox.”
