“We setup a reservation around 8am. We called around 10am to see if early check in was possible. I was told by a barely understandable person that 1pm would be early check in. We waited until 1pm. When we arrived, we were told that there is a $20 early check in fee. Also, there is a $20 key holding fee, this will come in later. She "waved" the fee, but the room she gave us wasnt even what we paid for. We paid for a two double beds and a kitchenette. What we got was 2 double beds, and a mini...

“The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. “The rooms aren't horrible. It's just a little worn down. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep and it was perfect for that,we didnt spend much time in the room. Breakfast was average. Parking was decent.”
