“Great location, lots of history and character, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We had a room in the carriage house, and had a few issues with the TV not working, and the upstairs neighbor arriving and making plenty of noise at 1-2am, but the beds are comfy and the restaurant is excellent!”

“We had a 2 bed room (I thought queen but seemed more like double). It was shockingly small- to the point that even though there was a luggage rack, there was not one spot in the room where I could set it up and leave my suitcase. I tried to put my daughter's suitcase (closed, standing up) between the bed and the wall on her side and it didn't fit. I couldn't turn around without knocking things over. We had no curtains! “We absolutely loved our stay at The Orchard House Inn! It was lovely and full of charm and character. Just what one would expect from Freeport, Maine! Our room was very comfortable, charming, and welcoming. The shower was a bit small but adequate. We stayed in the "Downstairs King Bedroom" (we called it the Book Room) and the bed was so comfortable! It was our best night's sleep on the entire trip! “Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel for everyday travel. The front desk host was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but a little cramped. Breakfast is always a must for us when traveling with children and this was just as expected. Would stay here again.”
