Our beautiful 1600 sq ft townhouse is located at Cannes Village, on Silver Point Drive, on the most incredible, white sand beach in Freeport. Our unit is in a gated building with a private pool and ocean front. This ground floor unit allows you to park and walk right in with your suitcases no stairs.

Relaxing Accommodations: The townhome comfortably sleeps six with one king bed (Sea Turtle Suit) , one queen bed (Caribbean Glam Suite), and one full bed (Nautical Suite). The master suite is a true sanctuary with a newly renovated private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the stunning ocean. A second bedroom also features its own private bathroom with granite countertops a bathtub and shower. A convenient main-floor bedroom and bathroom are perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your private patio with a large dinning table, chairs and an umbrella to enjoy food and drinks. The pool area, has comfortable lounge chairs where you can read sunbath or enjoy some cocktails. There is a charcoal BBQ grill ready for your evening cookouts (charcoal is not included) When you're ready for the sand and waves, a private gate provides direct access to the beach. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day of swimming. Quick dry sand & water towels will be provided. The best bone fishing and snorkeling are right off our beach and there is a 'blue hole' about 1/4 mile from the unit, about 40 feet off the beach, where 1000's of fish are easy seen with a mask and snorkel which we will also provide.
Modern Comforts: The fully equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops and a dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. All three bathrooms are equipped with showers and or bathtubs.
Endless Entertainment: We've got you covered with high-speed internet and cable TV. We also provide a collection of snorkeling masks, flippers, books and games for your entertainment.
Prime Location: You'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Guests have access to all the amenities at the neighboring Island Seas Resort which has a bar, 2 restaurants, pool, hot tub, and a coffee shop open in the mornings. To your left, you'll find the Junkanoo Beach Bar and Grill—the perfect spot for a casual meal or a tropical drink. We also have most US franchise fast food restaurants such as: Burger King, Kentucky Chicken, Subway, Domino’s, Pizza Hut (delivers). Stroll down the beach past Island Seas to Michelle's kitchen food truck and try some fresh local Bahamian food.
Port Lucaya Marketplace is 3 miles from the complex and has many restaurants and shops. The nearest grocery store is also about 3 miles away in Seahorse Shopping Plaza.
At Port Lucaya, you can rent a boat, go sport fishing, learn to scuba dive and even swim with the Dolphins or pigs! Our property manager "Charles" is around for any questions and help if needed for our guest. When renting, anyone over 18 will be required to provide a photo ID , as this is a requirement of our Condo Association
