About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are 1/4 mile to Coral Beach. From there an 8 minute walk left brings you to Pelican Bay for jet skiing. An 8 minute walk to the right brings you to seaside dining. Our Salt-water (almost no chemicals) pool is open 24 hours a day except during cleanings.
The space
This is FOUR Villas, all attached with mutual-lock doors. This combines the
Papaya - cozy. Sleeps 2 on a queen. A single sofa-sleeper can be added in quarters called "sub-Lime".
Coconut (2-rooms, including entry)
Lime (with big kitchen, living room, and dining area)
and
Pineapple (Classic, including a baby grand piano)
Pineapple opens poolside. An upgrade to have a second poolside villa (called "Agave") may be available. Agave sleeps 5.

Coconut, Papaya, and Pineapple villas accommodate 10 guests, and couch/bed moves can make 14, so nobody needs to sleep in Lime and it can then be the common late-night area for all.

Guests and/or Caretakers who may be occupying the two small villas on the northeast side (Moringa and Papaya) do NOT have pool privileges (unless you invite them) and park on the Northwest side. We have room to park your cars (up to 4) on the SouthWest side, on Sea Breeze Lan and in the one car-inlet.

The "Community Fee" is a deposit for excess air conditioner use. Our owners never use the AC. Ceiling fans here are effective for them and most guests. However, to cushion against high-use guest....
The $30 per room per night is required up front. It is partly or FULLY refunded based on air conditioner use.

If you are frugal and just run the ceiling fan, 100% of that is returned.

A few days after departure, we assess the AC use. The guest is billed AT that approximated cost. NO more, no less.

We will cover the cost for any night where the outside temp exceeds 29C at any point between 11:30p and 6:30am. That's on God/Nature, not the guests. All but the large ("Lime") room cool quickly, so simply using when needed and not beyond ensures a prompt refund.
Guest access
All four villas and pool are exclusively for you. Laundry area is by default off-limits, but can potentially be accessed during stays of more than one week. Two Villas open to the pool: Agave and Pineapple. All connect to the "Lime" villa, which has a full kitchen and a dining area.
Other things to note
The beach and turquoise waters are 400 meters away!
