Red Hill Farm's Newly Renovated "Bunkhouse" with Hot tub and Gameroom

Welcome to Red Hill Farm's Bunkhouse! One of the original farm buildings, Bunkhouse has been renovated to provide an exceptional lodging experience. From the private 3-acre lake right outside your door, to the covered porch with hot tub and outdoor seating area, we have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing, rejuvenating and refreshing! During Southeast Ohio's gorgeous summers, fish from your private dock or gather around the firepit for marshmallows and s'mores. When the weather isn't so great, spend some time in the basement game room complete with soaring 15-foot ceilings, seating areas, a poker table, bar area, kids' nook complete with swings and a full bath with shower. The 6-person hot tub on the covered porch completes your home away from home oasis. Bunkhouse offers 3 bedrooms, two with Queen beds and a third with 2 twin beds. Two game room couches also lay flat to make each a bed. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and is decorated in sumptuous jewel tones.

Loved the private location! Deck area was a fantastic hang out spot when weather allowed and our teens loved the hot tub time! Poker table and a plethora of games made this the perfect relaxing getaway! Kitchen had all we needed to make meals in. Beds were comfortable and well decorated. Pleasantly surprised with a Christmas tree which my daughter was hoping for! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all!

Yes the host was very welcoming. This house was amazing, plenty of room, very clean, hot tub on back porch was a plus, very private with a beautiful pond. We saw wildlife, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We had everything we needed. The perfect place!

Our stay at your Red Hill Farm Barn Loft House was a wonderful stay.Our grandchildren ages 4-8 fished and actually caught bass & blue gills. We all had a great stay. The views are absolutely breath taking. Wonderful relaxing location for sure, really worth it!

Modern shiny gem in a rural setting

My family fell in instant love when we walked thru the door. Super clean and modern. Lots of space for two adults and 4 kiddos. My 4 year old loved the reading corner with bean bags in the basement. The covered patio in the evening with the fans on even in 90 weather was still pleasant. We also caught a lot of fish in the pond! We loved seeing all the cows and had 4 dear at the house early one morning. Morgan was very responsive and kind. A

Super clean and isolated property with views!

This was a group of High School friends who have known each other for over 50 years. I've been in many rental properties and this is one of the best ever. We had great cookout and ate outside on the porch. Sunset followed by many stars and a beautiful, orange, full moon. We then retired in the awesome basement and played cars. A fantastic property.The only drawback is the fishing pond has excessive algae at times and prevents fishing.

Exactly as Described

The property and building were exactly as described/pictured. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were roomy for the 6 of us, and furnishings were updated and of good quality. There was a good bit of bugs/flies on the patio (to be expected in the country!), but they have fans and tiki torches to help. The hostess was very responsive and considerate of our privacy (asked before coming on property). My only caution is that check-out time is 10 (most others we have stayed at have been 11 or 12), so we had to hustle a few friends along on leaving day Overall, a great place to stay.

A little piece of Heaven

Our stay was amazing!!! We caught fish in the pond, had steaks on the grill, and learned to play 21 lol everything is so secluded and a wonderful experience! The owners go out of their way to make your stay amazing! Thank you so much for a great family experience.

Excellent VRBO!!

The house is awesome! Great vibe, spacious, quiet. We ran a trail race at Salt Fork, so this was a nice getaway from the hussle & bussle at the lodge. Everytime we drove back to the house it felt like we were driving into Jurassic Park because there are 2 huge stone boulders that you drive between LOL But yeah, this place is great. Hot tub, game room, fully stocked, etc. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Peaceful paradise

The Bunkhouse is a beautiful property that is very clean has all the things you need already at the home and is so peaceful! We enjoyed fishing in the pond, using the hot tub, laughing and making memories in the game room, making s’mores on the fire pit and just relaxing on the covered patio! We would definitely stay again!!

Great Ladies Getaway

The place was perfectly situated for a ladies weekend away. Some signage on the roads would have been good upon arrival but the neighbors were friendly and helped guide us. They are drilling in the area which did make it a bit noisy but is something we got used to and didn't notice after awhile. Place was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. We all said we would easily return for another weekend.

Peaceful

Nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Open floor plan to enjoy with large comfortable furniture. Perfect for a family movie night in the living room.Covered porch was fantastic and the hot tub was very spacious. Great for grilling or watching a spring storm roll in like we did.Everything is very clean and organized inside. Making cooking and preparing food easy and enjoyable.The beds are really comfortable. I slept great. The surrounding landscape is "country-side" peaceful.Extremely organic and quiet at night.We did take a cool plunge into the pond. Went for a nice run in the morning.Overall just a really great experience. There's a lot of attention to detail here. Looking forward to returning at some point.
