“Ciao, questo è stato il mio primo viaggio a Freetown, ero in pensiero ma arrivato al hotel il direttore mi ha fatto sentire a casa mía. C’è sicurezza le 24 ore, lui è sempre disponibile, e anche il staff. La stanza perfecta, buon letto, ho dormito bene. Mí hanno lavato il vestito, portato la colazione alla stanza per fino sono andati a prendere mandarines è banana che io volevo mangiare. Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive! I must say it's rare to find a property where every department operates with such genuine warmth.”

“What stood out was the amazing attention to detail that the Marketing Manager (Iye Mary Kowa) demonstrated. I wanted an Hotel that was on the beach so was somewhat disappointed that the Atlantic Hotel is a beachfront accommodation. Mary however rallied her team and other managers to more than compensate for the hiatus. I would highly recommend this accommodation for its stellar staff and their professionalism. “Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. ”

“Many thanks to the lovely staff members for a well deserved breakfast in the morning. My stay was pleasant and a restful night sleep. The room was clean as expected and I was impressed that a mosquito net was met in place with a fan and 24hour light. The lovely white sand beach was just one minute walk. There was a loud music in the beach but was expected because it was a weekend when thy do their burn fire night. I will definitely stay there again and I do recommend this Resort for...
