Enjoy a privileged location, right next to the famous Château de Fort-La-Latte, the majestic Cap Fréhel, and the seaside resort of Sables-d'Or-les-Pins with its magnificent beach.
Perfectly situated between Cap Fréhel and Les Sables-d'Or, the house is an ideal base from which to explore the region's treasures. In particular, you can take the GR34 coastal footpaths, which will take you all the way to Cap Fréhel through breathtaking scenery.

This family home offers the following facilities:
Ground floor:
- A large, friendly living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining area that can seat up to 11 people;
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: sink, gas hob (4 burners), extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, plus a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A spacious bedroom with three single beds (90x190 cm), two of which are bunk beds;
- A shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin;
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a cot;
- A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm);
- A third bedroom also with a double bed (140x190 cm);
- And a fourth bedroom with a double bed with a light (140x190 cm);
- A bathroom with a bathtub and sink;
- A shower room with a shower cubicle and a sink;
- A separate toilet;

- Fully equipped terrace with dining table for 12, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers;
- Unenclosed garden with table tennis;
- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach equipment etc...)
- Parking available in reserved spaces in front of the house.
