Cocoonr offers you this charming flat to rent in Fréhel, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a balcony overlooking the golf course. A swimming pool and sauna (extra charge) within the residence and wifi, it measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows

- A pull-out sofa with two single beds (80x200cm)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)

- A balcony measuring approximately 2 metres by 3.50 metres, facing east and slightly south, with a lovely view of the Fréhel golf course. With furniture to make the most of fine weather

Communal areas:
- The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, open from April to the end of October.
- The pool is open from 9.30am to 7.45pm during school holidays and from 9.30am to 6.45pm the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change.
- The wellness areas are shared by all residents.
- Each stay includes one sauna session per person.
- Access to the sauna in the swimming pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception.

The property is located in a quiet, pleasant residence in a residential area. You'll find all the amenities in the centre, just a few minutes' walk away: bakery, butcher's, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The accommodation is in block B1, flat E12 (the second block from the entrance gate), and there is an E12 sign at the entrance to the flat.

To access your accommodation, you have the choice between:

- Self-check-in: collecting the keys directly on site from a key box at the property.

- A welcome in person: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the house, share their top tips with you and hand over the keys.
