It consists of:
- A 20 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchenette: (oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, central island, and plenty of storage space).

- The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a TV, a coffee table, and a TV stand.

- Two 10 m² bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 × 190), storage, and one of them has a TV.

- One bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and cabinets.

- 1 laundry room with a washing machine, toilet, and cabinets.

- Air conditioning in the living room.
- Balcony of approximately 7 m².

This charming apartment is located 400 meters from the sea and 50 meters from shops, restaurants, and the market square.
Located less than 10 minutes from Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël, home to Aqualand, Luna Parc, go-karting (open at night), an outdoor adventure park, and more.
Of course, all cleaning supplies are provided (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, etc.).
Bed linens and towels (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels) are not provided.

Rates vary by season:
May–June: 550€/week or 80€/night
July: 740€/week or 110 to 130€/night
August: 900€/week or 130€/night
September: €550/week or €80/night
For overnight stays (minimum 2 nights)

A rental agreement must be signed, and a 30% deposit is required.
A security deposit is required upon arrival.
The balance is due 48 hours before arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Small pets are welcome as long as they are clean and well-behaved😉...please specify this when booking!

Finally, check-in and check-out times are flexible, subject to availability👍!!!
