A single-level, fully air-conditioned apartment located on the garden level of a single-family home, featuring an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, one bedroom, and one bathroom.
Located in the heart of a residential and very quiet neighborhood, the apartment offers a magnificent view of the sea, the Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël/Agay golf course, and the Esterel Mountains. Every week, you can watch the fireworks displays in Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, and Agay right from the apartment.
You’ll enjoy a 26 m² living room/dining area/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, capsule coffee maker, etc.). The living room features a 140 BZ sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, 2 armchairs, a TV stand, and a TV. The dining room can seat 4 to 6 people (with a table extension).
The bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (90x200) that can accommodate 2 children.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside, while relaxing in your lounge chairs, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the sound of cicadas, and the magnificent view of the sea. We provide various lounge chairs, a gas grill, an outdoor seating area, as well as a dining table and chairs.
The apartment is ideally located
Just 3 minutes away: beaches, shops (bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers), the village center, and a market held every Tuesday and Friday. The city of Fréjus organizes events in the village center throughout the summer (concerts, dinner events, etc.). Playgrounds. Boat rentals, parasailing, jet skis, wakeboarding, and local restaurants. Starting points for hikes (on foot or by bike) in the Saint-Aygulf mountains (during permitted periods).
10–15 minutes away: Shopping center, Luna Parc (thrill-seeking amusement park), Aqua Land, go-karting, lakeside water park, kayak rentals.
You can drive your car directly to the apartment and park it day and night on the gated property.
