The studio is located 5 minutes by car, about 2-3 kms from the beaches, the nature base, an amusement park and a water park. 50 meters from a bus stop, 200 m from the train station, 300 m from a Franprix mini-market and tobacconist,.
RENT PRICE:
- 400 euros per week low period
- 650 euros per week in July and August
