“Very excited to stay here the reviews were good, but I wonder where they stayed, because it couldn't have been here. Checked in and was told I booked it wrong and she was going to charge me accordingly. I had to show my phone to avoid that charge. Was told I could park around back and the room key would open the back doors, the keys did not work. Was told the pool and hot tub would be open until 1030...was closed before 9. There were stains all over the bathroom, looked disgusting. Yeah, pay...
