Hotel a Frenchburg

“This cabin was 100% the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Adorable, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. ”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”

“If you just need a place to sleep for the night and aren’t picky, this works. If you need more than that, keep looking.”

“Room was in need of repair, remote to TV had tape on back piece and didnt work. had to control TV on side of TV. hole in wall from door handle, no hair dryer, coffee was available but no creamer/sugar, etc. there were cigarette burns on blanket on bed, pillows were very flimsy. It was ok to have a place to sleep but definitely in need of remodeling, etc.”

“Pro-Night front desk was wonderful. Check in was a friendly experience. Cons- room was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Owner was not helpful in any way during the stay.”

“The property is a little hard to find. It’s listed as Natural Bridge State Resort Park but the hotel itself is called the Hemlock Lodge. It’s built into the side of the hill. The pool is like 100 steps down at the bottom. Super friendly staff and clean property. A smoke free hotel but the workers are constantly smoking right outside the doors leading out on their breaks. We were visiting with our 2 dogs. The only issue we had is there is no dedicated spot for the dogs to go to the bathroom....

“Right off the bat. The property was clean and presented well and the customer service was impeccable.. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The covers were warm. The air conditioner worked. The bathroom was clean and accessible. The spacing was great. I actually have no complaints about this property or my stay from the customer service to the property to the room. It was great. Highly recommend.”

“Staff was very helpful and the breakfast each morning had a nice variety. The room was clean, but could use a little sprucing up. The bathroom door did not lock and the exhaust fan was not strong enough to keep up when showering. The only curtain that shut all the way was sheer, so we did have a lot of light coming in the room at night. The gym did have free weights, however it looked as though some guests may have walked out with some of the weights. There were a lot of them kissing from the...
