“Upon arrival we were told that our reservation didn’t start until September 23, 2026 even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. The front desk found a room for us but they also charged us again saying that they didn’t work with “third parties “ (meaning Expedia). We took the temporary room (we had just driven 8 hours) but called Expedia customer service. They said that they would reimburse us for the extra room reservation. They said to save the receipt (which we did and send it to Expedia....

“Everything about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott on City ave in Philadelphia was memorable. The bed was plush and very comfortable. The shower was perfect and the staff from check-in to check out was amazing and very helpful. Room was actually clean and the free parking is always worth the price of admission.”

“This was my fourth or fifth stay and unfortunately I had a room facing building cooling units and garbage cans. Would definitely ask not to be put there next time but they’re often pretty full for events. This is a great property, near lots of restaurants, easy access to Philly, friendly staff.”

“I’ve stayed at the hotel the last three years. It is definitely going downhill. It could use a makeover. One elevator was broke. The ice machine on second floor was broke . The rooms were clean, but old looking.”
