“We did not do the breakfast. We are Hilton Honor members. We have stayed in this hotel w no issues. This stay was very different. We will NOT be back.”

“Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. ”

“When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money”

“Posizione periferica, servita dall'autobus n.44 (la fermata è a 50 metri sulla destra come esci dall'albergo ) l'autobus passa ogni mezz'ora e ti porta in qualsiasi punto del centro. Albergo molto carino, arredato con gusto.”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”
