“Yes. Parking - why a fee to park?????? - Why not just a slip with legit number provided by the hotel that reaffirms you are a quest? Am I paying for the security of the parking area - please!!!! I did not see anyone go out and check the premisses for vagrants nor people breaking into the cars and again I say if you are so greedy to make a dollar - make sure you post someone outside for safety sake. By the way if a car is broken into does the hotel have insurance to cover the cost of stolen...

“The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! ”

“We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...
