Gorgeous Brand New single family home with 5 beds/ 3 baths over 3200 SQ in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 minutes to Markets, shopping center, restaurants, within 7 minutes to downtown Visalia, Freeway , 40 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park , 1 hours to King canyon Park , 1 hour to Sequoia Monument Forest about 1: 45 H to Yosemite National park. 3 hours driving from Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Enjoy a Beautiful stylish experience at this centrally located in Visalia , House comfortable hold up 14 guests. beautiful décor living room with smart 75 inches TV for guests to enjoy movie , playing piano or listening music from GG hub. cozy dining area with 8 seats round dining set . Large kitchen with fully appliances and Huge center island where you can prepare meals and enjoy breakfast or tea time together . We offer basic coffee, tea , basic spices and various board games.

Upstairs Bedroom and Bathroom:
- Huge Master bedroom with 2 Kings, entertaining area, 65 inches TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom & walk-in closet.

This house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day

* NO SMOKING INSIDE
* DO NOT FLUSH tampons, baby wipes nor napkins down the toilet
* PET allowed with extra cleaning charge & approval
- Please respect the boundaries of our Neighbors
- Shoe off in house (we provide house sandals/flip-flops)
-There will be request to pay $50 per unregister guests per night.

For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor cameras located at the Front porch & Garage area, and the backyard.

There are extra fees for more than 8 guests.

The house and neighborhood is nice but the kitchen was lacking. There were not enough pots, pans and utensils for a house this size that sleeps that many. There was no toaster.

Beautiful home comfortable. Need TV remotes to work with getting our streaming apps we were unable to use either TV’s. Wonderful outdoor area would be a great place for a long stay so spacious.

Beautiful home for our Sequoia NP vacation

We loved this house! We had a large family group stay here for our first trip to Sequoia NP. It was convenient to a Target which helped for getting things we needed. Very clean and seems to be newer home. The only thing was that the listing says it has a double sofa bed in the living room but the sectional was not a sofa bed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Nice Place

The property needs some maintenance. Light fixtures above the kitchen island were loose-need attention. Kitchen island wood area has exposed nails-could cause injury. Kitchen needs a toaster-none found. Loud parties by neighbors until after 1AM. Overall was a great place to meet family and have meals and gift exchange. Nice house-a few things need attention. Thanks

Enjoyable Stay

This property was as described and pictured. It was spacious and more than enough to sleep our party of 8. The community is being developed and it looks like there are more houses and businesses going in. There is a Target that is less than 5 min away, as well as, In-N-Out, McDonalds, Pollo Loco, an AM/PM gas station that are already open and close to the shopping center. The host was available to respond to any questions/concerns we may have had. Overall, this is a great property and would stay here again when we're in the area!
