Hotel di appoggio al Sequoia National Park
Complessivamente un hotel molto funzionale, confortevole e ben mantenuto. La definizione di "favoloso" che emergeva dalle recensioni precedenti mi sembra un tantino esagerata. Camera grande. Bagno ok. Breakfast di buona varietà servito su una sala di ampiezza limitata in rapporto al numero di clienti. Piscinetta coperta con vasca con idromassaggio sempre colma di bambini e relativi genitori: forse in altro periodo puo' costituire un plus valore dell'hotel. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Posizione a circa 30 miglia dall'ingresso al Sequoia National Park (splendido).

I found black stuff on sofa bed looked to be mold. Food and food stain in between the couch. Had to leave i had children with me and they were booked out. Was rude when brought to thier attention

Nice place to stay. Wish parking was included in the room price. The elevator was a little concerning in how slow it opened and closed. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent front desk service. Only down point, water not hot in the jacuzzi and not enough room for breakfast in the cafe. Everything else, including free breakfast (food was great), was excellent!

idéal pour aller visiter Sequoia National Park
Hôtel bien placé en ville, proche de tout et représente une très bonne alternative pour la visite de Sequoia National Park. Les chambres sont de taille confortable. Il est possible de se servir du thé et du café à toute heure au niveau de la réception. Une machine à glaçons est aussi disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est assez varié, il y a également deux machines à gaufres, et des petites bouteilles d'eau à disposition. Il y a un ascenseur pour monter à l'étage.

Great customer service, though they did not have tooth brushes available on my tooth paste. My family and I did get stuck in the elevator, there appears to be a short in the buttons that cause the elevator to go into default mode when pressed more then once. The front desk employee stated it was also not accounting for the proper weight restrictions of 2500 lbs. it’s actually half that weight amount. He mentioned a “large family” also got stuck earlier in the day. He was very apologetic. I will stay there again but would like to make sure the elevator is fixed and tooth brushes were available. Also, they did grant a request for a later check out time.

The hotel is nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was good as well. Overall a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
