Per una notte più che accettabile
Tenete conto che Fresno è una città abbastanza malavitosa per cui consiglio il soggiorno in questa città solo per una notte. Questo hotel si trova vicino a molti centri commerciali. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa con un angolo cottura. Per il prezzo pagato è più che accettabile. L'unica cosa negativa: il letto molto piccolo, in due ci stavamo a malapena.

The rooms walls needed to be cleaned, there are no amenities whatsoever, no coffee maker, no iron, no toiletries at all. Unfortunately the property is for longterm unhoused tenants and not for out of town travelers.

Worst experience ever. The property was dirty. The elevator in really bad condition, it seems that it was going to break down anytime. The smoke detector went off several times while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. The toilet overflowed at 2:00 am. The air conditioner had a weird noise. I would not recommend this hotel for anything in the world.

This is an apartment complex vibe. You can tell a lot of lower income people kind of live there. If you’re uncomfortable with that environment you probably wouldn’t want to stay here. Super close to a lot of places tho.

I didn't have a weather protective bottom on the front door, so a draft would come in the room. Soap was not in the room, when I arrived so I had to ask management for soap. The staff was friendly and I felt safe. I believe resources for renovations are needed. The property maybe under staffed.

Quiet, comfy bed, room was neat & tidy. On the other hand, was badly in need of maintenance as there was mold all around the upper edge of the shower stall, chipped peeling paint throughout the room, a very flimsy, unreliable door lock & no towels or washcloths in the room.

Very thin walls you can hear everything. Woke up to neighbors fighting. Hard to park. Our bathroom outlets did not work and rooms definitely smell like smoke. Rooms are affordable though so its great if you’re on a budget. Close to many restaurants and stores. Front office will only allow one person in the office at a time so make sure you beat the line in the morning for check out.

Was the FILTHIEST hotel ive EVER stayed in. We took multiple pictures of the black mold shower and sink, grease filled walls in kitchen. Dust built up over all lamps and pictures on the wall. Disgusting floor with dirt build up on all corners. Broken rusted ac unit that smelled like mildew! Came home and my entire family has a cough and sore throats!!

There was a leak in the ceiling at the bathroom with the trash can full of water the towels were wet. I'm pretty sure there was mold because I kept sneezing and got a headache from being in the bathroom there was bubbles on the bathroom wall and ceiling I don't know if it was filled with water from the leak or lackluster painting from covering what would have been mold

The room was so dirty. Dirt everywhere, table and counters were sticky. The table top look like it has not been wiped for a long time. The room was for non-smoking but the smells of smoke was so strong and we have the air condition on all the time. The were holes in the bathroom door and so dirty. Bugs inside the drawers and holes in the comforter. I will never reserve this hotel again.
