  • Welcome to The Sequoia Gateway! Our spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation home is located in a safe, highly desirable, and new build neighborhood in Visalia, CA.

    We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 2 hr drive to Yosemite. Downtown, shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Our amenity rich house features 5 smart TVs, fast Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, games, and EV charging available (for additional fees).

This home was in a great location, convenient to Visalia and Sequoia NP. There was plenty of room, and the a/c worked great! The issue for us was maintenance and cleanliness. The couches and barstools were so stained and dirty that we covered them with sheets and towels before we sat down. There were only 4 forks in the home. Dirty cabinets and tubs. Towel racks falling off the walls. The yard needed serious weeding. It could be a great home with a little TLC.

Sequioa Experience

This place is great! We stayed in Visalia for a week visiting Sequoia National Park and nearby family. The beds were amazing and everything was very clean , modern and spacious. Ross was available as soon as we reached out with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. The Castillo's

The only positive thing I can say is that the host was quick to respond. Unfortunately, the home did not match the listing photos or description, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. Sadly, the home was far from clean. The backyard was dirty, the grill was so far from clean we didn’t even use it, and the patio table was covered in dust. Inside, the barstools were heavily stained, and the walls were visibly dirty and stained. The stove was also in such poor condition that we did not feel comfortable cooking on it. The master bedroom had a noticeable stain on the bed sheets as well. What made this even more frustrating was that one of the house rules specifically stated “no shoes in the house.” I assumed that meant the home would be exceptionally clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I contacted VRBO and the host to let them know the home did not match the listing. The host should take more pride in maintaining the home and invest in a professional cleaning service. I would not recommend staying here. The photos shown in the listing do not accurately represent the current prop
