Benvenuti al Park House! Il canto degli uccelli ti sveglia. Il profumo di fiori d'arancio indugia nell'aria. Guarda l'alba sulle montagne mentre sorseggi un espresso appena preparato sul balcone. Troverai alcuni momenti tranquilli per lo yoga nella veranda piena di luce. Dopo una giornata di avventure in uno dei Parchi Nazionali, ti rilassi con un'elegante cena in città, un'asporto informale o una cucina a casa. La giornata si conclude con un ottimo vino californiano (complimenti dell'ospite) accanto al fuoco nel cortile privato.

Completamente restaurato nel 2017, Park House è un montaggio di moderno e tradizionale, che ti abbraccia in grande stile. Forniamo ai nostri ospiti numerosi aggiornamenti sontuosi: fogli con 1000 fili, materassi in aloe, biancheria da bagno europea, prodotti per il bagno termale e una cucina fornita con cura. Oltre alle 3 camere da letto e ai 2 bagni, la Park House offre agli ospiti un ufficio, una sala yoga, una lavanderia, una sala da pranzo formale, una sala per la colazione, un balcone da sogno con vista sul parco e un cortile fiorito con posti a sedere e una buca per il fuoco all'aperto. Vieni a gustare una fetta di vecchia "americana" nella nostra bella casa in questa affascinante cittadina. We were in Exeter for a family wedding and decided to rent a home instead of staying at a hotel, so we could all be together. The location was great, next to a park and close to downtown. Wish we had more time to checkout the cute town of Exeter. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive; even provided a welcome binder with instructions, information, things to do, places to go and cool photos of the house renovation. The house is new, clean and very spacious! The setup is great and plenty of room for multiple guests/family. Even provided tons of extra linens, blankets, pillows, etc. Cute backyard as well! I don’t do reviews often and when I do it’s for a good reason. We would definitely recommend this location if you’re in the area!

This was our 1st time reserving and staying at a VERBO property and have never used such types of stays. It was a gratifying experience. The house was the perfect place for a family get-together. Everyone was 65 and older. Although there were stairs inside, those that could climb stairs did just fine upstairs. The bedroom downstairs was perfect for the couple who couldn't climb. The whole house was conducive to gathering together for hours of visiting. The kitchen was perfect in every way. Everyone loved the location and the lovely house. It felt comfortable and welcoming. In best part of the town. Very handy to all the restaurants and neighbors were friendly. We were pleased the online person we directed are questions to was so pleasant, reassuring and quick to respond. We knew ahead of time the bathrooms had to be shared but everyone managed fine. And they are lovely bathrooms. Both bathrooms had an issue that needs addressing. The downstairs bathroom sink doesn't have a drain stopper that can be raised. The sink fixture doesn't have a lever to raise the stopper up and down. The plug is always in down position. It must get fixed, against CA building code. Upstairs bathroom sink on left side has almost no water pressure. Only a tiny stream of water comes through. It is unusable. The under-sink plumbing valves are so old and stiff it would be risky to try to turn them for fear of them breaking off. A plumber is required to do this type of repair. Also, if it could be done, the outside front steps going to front door need a hand rail. It is difficult for older people to go up and down without falling. Even younger individuals had to watch their step. We all had a wonderful time!

Lovely property as our jumping off point for national parks in the area. Easy to get to, great kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, and a very close grocery store stocked with great options.

This is a very spacious rental. It was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 adult sons. Exeter is a quiet little town. It was so refreshing to see families playing and laughing together in the park across the street. I will make 2 suggestions. It would be nice to have a water dispenser for drinking water and for use in the Nespresso machine. A french press would be a nice addition to your coffee area. This was a great stay. I will be booking again for next year. Thank you!

The Park House was as advertised. A lovely home with modern amenities. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and...Clean! Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

We come up to Exeter occasionally to visit family and were delighted to find this place to stay. So much better than a hotel and super close to all downtown Exeter shopping and dining. Will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity. Thanks for the hospitality.

The house is lovely and within walking distance of a very pretty, friendly small town. But the windows need room darkening shades, and since it's an older home, we could here all of the neighborhood noises (dogs barking, car doors slamming, etc.). The 2 upper bedrooms were very warm, even with AC running, and were bright by 6AM even with shades drawn. If you sleep like a rock, you'll enjoy this roomy, clean, beautiful house.
