“Staff so welcoming friendly and full of knowledge I. Regards to the area. Hiking trails, wineries, massage and dining. We visit each year and it never gets old. The rooms are so comfy, lean and cozy with fireplaces. Leave the window open to hear the o ran waves at night! The breakfast is top notch, all fresh made and local. Highly recommend the experience.”

“Pretty coastal town. We didn’t realize that our stay was in a B&B house away from the Inn. We were very happy with the accommodations! Breakfast arrived in an insulated picnic basket - everything was fresh out of the oven and delicious! ”

“Oh this place is beautiful. The main Lodge is a gorgeous building, full of fascinating books and accessories for sale. (Not to mention the sweetest cats). Stanford has the only indoor pool and hot tub for 100 miles. The restaurant was hot garbage, but Mendocino is chock full of wonderful places to eat.”

“This place is beautiful! It’s such a unique experience to stay at a place that has chickens and llamas on the property! Our room was very cozy, clean and spacious! We will definitely be back again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and open space to the garden, the short walk to a semi-private beach, and the pickle ball courts. The property was well maintained. The renovations and overall design of the room was great too— you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay.”

“This place was beautiful! It was very private, which is exactly what we were looking for. I loved the view and of course the private hot tub. The beds were comfortable.”

“We had a very private room with a nice deck. The room itself was okay. It had a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The carpet could have been updated or removed maybe a little touch ups to improve the room. Parking was convenient. The self check-in needs work. We couldn't get into our room and another guest had similar issues. We were able to walk to the next property and resolve the issie with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. ”

“The best thing about the stay was the beautiful view we woke up to every morning. We brought a young golden retriever with us. She needs a lot of exercise and the staff at check-in gave us information of some great places for us to go with her. Also when I asked if there was a water hose near by so that we could hose her down after a sandy day at the beach they actually put a hose outside our lodge for us! We had pretty much everything we needed, but I think a microwave oven might’ve been...

“I love the Views and how close it was to a bike trail and the staff was very helpful. What I didn’t like was there is no air conditioning and the land line wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi signal was not good.”
