Villa Javier de Frigiliana by Ruralidays

Quiet villa, situated close to the town of Frigiliana, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Since this villa has been recently built, it is provided with all the comforts and a picturesque decoration with a rustic style. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, in addition to two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with whirlpool bathtub, a completely equipped independent kitchen and a cosy dining-living room.

In the outdoor area, the villa features a majestic terrace and a huge private swimming pool, where you can enjoy the quietness and the harmony of the nature that surrounds this splendid accommodation.

In the fields surrounding the house, you will have the possibility to go horse riding, mountain hiking and strolling along the river, while there is a sporting centre 400 meters far from the house.

Wir waren von der Villa absolut begeistert. Sie hatte viel Charakter und lag in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit einem schönen Garten. Es war friedlich und ruhig und doch konnte man in 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Frigiliana laufen. Jose, der Einzige, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir konnten uns verständigen, obwohl wir nur wenig Spanisch sprechen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa ------ sehr genossen und werden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und mit Pool und Garten ein wahres Paradies. Man fühlt sich in einer ländlichen Umgebung mit atemberaubender Aussicht, ist aber dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten von Frigiliana und eine kurze Fahrt vom Meer entfernt. Jose ist ein wunderbarer und sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir abreisen mussten.

Wundervoll

Wir haben dieses Haus und den Garten sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer traumhaften Landschaft, sehr ruhig jedoch nah genug am Dorf, um dorthin laufen zu können. Die verschiedenen Terrassen bieten schöne Ausblicke und genügend Platz. Alles ist vorhanden, um sich komplett selbst zu versorgen. Wir danken für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Fantastisches Haus, gelegen im Campo direkt unterhalb von Frigiliana. Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit schöner Aussicht und in der Nähe des Dorfes. Wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine Lärmbelästigung durch das Dorf festgestellt. Das Haus ist geräumig und mit den notwendigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Spazierengehen zwischen den Obstbäumen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus ist toll. Es hat alles. Der herrliche Pool, eine maximale Tiefe von 1,60, ideal für Kinder, die zu Fuß spielen können. Es ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt, so dass Sie kein Auto nehmen müssen, um spazieren zu gehen oder zu Abend zu essen. Viele Wege zu Fuß praktisch vom Haus aus. Manuel, der Besitzer, könnte nicht wunderbarer sein, ein großartiger Mann, der Ihnen bei allem hilft und Sie bei allem berät, Routen, Restaurants und wenn Sie etwas brauchen, wird er es sofort lösen. Wir haben es geliebt und wir werden es auf jeden Fall wiederholen. Eine fantastische Woche.

Casa ------- is a dream! A beautiful, traditional house with spacious accommodation for a family. The outside space is amazing...a large terrace plus pool (still fine to swim in October) and surrounded by avocado and lemon trees. 2 mins walk to the beautiful village of Frigiliana (nice restaurants and shops) and a short drive to Nerja centre and beach.

Wonderful

This villa is fantastic. It's a lovely modern building but with rustic charm and the setting, in an avocado plantation with banana and kumquat trees, is so peaceful and private. The pool is perfectly sized and the view from the two terraces down the valley to the sea is great. The village of Frigiliana is above you on the hill and is no more than 5 mins walk away - it is up a fairly steep hill but nothing impossible. Jose Manuel is lovely. We only saw him at check in, check out and once when he came to clean the pool. He speaks very little English so a translation app is useful but to be honest we got by fine, it's easy enough to understand each other. The only other thing to mention is that there are two slightly raised bits of surface on either side at the top of the drive so it's important to make sure you drive out before turning so you don't catch the underside of your car on them. The drive is steep and the crst drops away quickly so although we had an SUV, we scraped it a couple of times. No damage though, just something to bear in mind. On the whole, a brilliant place to stay in a stunning region.

Property is exactly as it says in the brochure, the location is close enough to the busy streets of Frigiliana but far enough down a very steep un-listed road to be incredibly quiet. The pool was big enough for all of us to play and take a dip in when the weather got the best of us. This villa has to be the most authentic Spanish villa we have stayed in, the fixtures and fittings are very basic and there are a lot of things that could do with updating and refreshing like the sun beds, parasols and lounge area chairs. The property is listed as having Air Conditioning but it is not clear there is none at all in any of the bedrooms, and the only unit is in the lounge area and it’s not very big/powerful. Fans were provided by Felix but only two of the three actually worked, we ended up hiring an additional A/C unit locally but used it sparingly. Felix is amazing, he lives and works locally and came round at least 6-7 times during our stay to repair a leak, clean the pool and swap the bedding! You will need a good translation APP to communicate with him though as he understands very little English.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Dorf. Frigiliana ist wunderhübsch und hat sehr gute Restaurants. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und der Garten hängt voll mit Avocados. Traumhaft! Manolo ist sehr, sehr freundlich und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Mit der Übersetzungs-App war auch die Verständigung kein Problem. Das letzte Stück der Anfahrt zum Haus, ist sehr steil und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig :) Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
