Welcome to the beach cottage of your dreams! Take advantage of one of the greatest perks this retreat has to offer, which is easy ocean access and experience a truly unforgettable escapade to Frisco, NC. This traditional home has three bedrooms, a renovated bath, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room all on the first floor for added convenience. Enter the kitchen through the side porch door, which leads to the dining room. Right off the dining room is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and additional porch access. The dining room leads to the first-floor bath and bedroom. Down the small hall, the living area welcomes you and leads you to a small foyer where the main front entry is.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom to your right, and to your left down the hall is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and another bedroom. If you would like to enjoy some outdoor fun, the deck is also located on the second floor! The deck can be accessed through a slider in the family den. This space is perfect for gatherings as it's equipped with an outdoor dining area and plenty of chairs.

Beautiful home - great location

Our stay was so wonderful at this charming home. It’s everything I love about an old school beach cottage! Such cute character and wonderful gathering spaces throughout the home. Amazing decks and outdoor space and an outdoor shower - personal favorite! Close to the beach - easy walk - and close to food and shops! Such a great week. Can’t wait to come back.

Frisco Charmer

The location of the home is ideal between Buxton and Hatteras. The beach access was perfect for those that don't have a 4wd vehicle. Great outdoor seating areas for the cool evenings. The house is cozy and there is more than enough room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. I would recommend this location to anyone that's looking for a quaint and quiet location.

Wonderful cozy house quick walk to the beach

Lovely porch, just a few stairs to lower level made it easy for elder visitors. Kitchen was lovely and large, washer & dryer and quiet space surrounded by greenery. Walk to the beach was short.

Nice place, clean and spacious. Close to the beach. However, not enough towels, and kitchen had poor amenities. Not enough silverware. Not even salt or pepper...

Relaxing

It was home away from home. Nice neighborhood and one of the only places not on stilts. I was recovering from a bad broken leg and not having all the steps was the seller for us. The hill to the beach was a challenge for me but only because of my injury. Would highly recommend!

Short walk to the beach

Short walk to the beach, lovely front porch and balcony. Plenty of dishes and the refrigerator was very nice sized. The ice machine was such a nice perk. The cleaning staff needs a refresher I think. Floors, night stands and end tables were covered in dog hair. The rest of the house was nice and clean. Outdoor shower was nice to rinse sand off.
