OCEANFRONT Frisco — Sandpiper Dr. — ELEFTHERIA, the Greek word for freedom, inspires just that — liberty from the clock, life’s demands, and a chance to freely spend time with family and friends in the most soothing of surroundings. With gorgeous ocean-to-sound views from four levels of gracious living, this six-bedroom/five-full and one-half-bath home will easily free your mind and soul from the moment you arrive.

A wide, paved driveway makes it easy to park and unload, with an inside ground-level elevator providing that extra lift. First thing to unpack will be your swimsuit, as the private ground level pool and the just-over-the-dunes Atlantic beach will be an immediate and irresistible lure. Also conveniently located on the ground level is an outdoor shower, foot-washing station, and an outside lavatory. On the first level is a comfortable family room, complete with wet bar and entertainment center to accommodate some indoor R&R. Missing the beach already? An expansive oceanfront deck reminds you it’s still there in all its quiet and natural beauty. Also on this level is a washer/dryer and two of the home’s master bedrooms: an oceanfront queen with private bath and access to the deck and a sound-facing queen with private bath. Three more bedrooms are located on the second level, including a master king with private bath and deck access and a queen that shares a bath with the “kids” room that features two singles with a trundle. All of the bedroom’s feature TVs. Completing this level is a six-person hot tub located on the deck where you can soak up the views and the feeling of contentment as your body gives in to the calming moment.

The views continue to regale on the third level where a great room also opens onto an expansive, furnished oceanfront deck with bonus views toward the sound to catch the setting sun. The cozily furnished great room with wet bar and entertainment center brings everyone together for evenings of laughter and lounging. There’s a convenient half-bath just off the roomy kitchen, which is well-equipped to whip up beach-favorite meals that can be enjoyed at the eat-at counter or around the eight-seat dining table. A set of stairs just off this grand living space leads to the fourth level and the final bedroom, a spacious master king suite with a private bath and private sun deck revealing ocean-to-sound views.
