Waterfront, Dog friendly, & private boat ramp

Comfortable & pet friendly waterfront beach box on Hatteras Island with its own private boat ramp/dock. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened porch or your glass of wine while watching the sunset over the water. Bring your small boat/kayak/SUP and launch from the private ramp. Dogs will be safe in the fenced in side yard. Surf boards, beach toys, basketball court, corn-hole boards, dvd movies & internet all provided. Bring your fishing rods and cast right into the bay!

Excellent communication about one minor question we had! The home was lovely and the location is so peaceful! Beautiful sunsets visible right from the front porch! We feel so lucky we were able to stay here and look to stay again when we return to the outer banks!

By far the best summer trip! We had an awesome time. The house was exactly as shown when booking and clean. It was also perfect for bringing a dog since it had a fenced area. Ed was very accommodating. We arrived a little earlier than expected so he allowed us to check-in early. We also brought a boat with us for the trip. Due to a ladder rack issue on our truck, we were not able to fit under the house to access the ramp. Ed was kind enough to notice this issue and provided a property a few streets over to launch out of. We spent most of our evenings relaxing outside and fishing off the dock. Out of all of our travels in North Carolina, Frisco is by far our new favorite place to stay. We would book this house again due to its location, access to the beaches, and local restaurants!

We loved staying here because of the easy access to the water. Restaurants closed earlier than we expected. Television had many blocked stations including news. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Paradise with Debby

This property is quiet and serene. Like obx 30 years ago. We couldnt go in the ocean because of Debby but it really didnt ruin the time we spent there. This host has thought of any possible thing you might need while vacationing in the area. It really is the little things and Ed gives that in spades.

Clean and simple! Good simple!

Very clean and cared for. Convenient to 12 but off the busy road. Nice neighborhood and awesome view of the sound. Will definitely be back. Ed was helpful when we messed up the code to front door and quick to get us in.

Amazing experience!!

We had an amazing experience! Beautiful location and a lot to do close by. Both kids enjoyed being able to fish at the property and my daughter even caught her first fish there. The house was well maintained and we are already talking about wanting to come back soon!

Lovely Beach Cottage

Lovely home in a nice location. Very clean upon our arrival. We didn’t have much fishing or crabbing luck, but the views and comfort made up for it. Thanks for a quiet weekend getaway.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Lovely place for smaller family and friend groups

Great location! Beautiful views and good crabbing! We had a wonderful time, Ed was a great host and responded very quickly to my couple of questions. Spending time on the porches was a highlight.

Brigands Treasure Court

The house was just as listed. Beautiful views. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The Checkin and checkout process was very simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with views of the sound. Close to beach access. The layout of the house allowed everyone to come together for meals. Sandspurs were the only spoiler! Careful walking through the grass!

Peaceful Vacation

Loved the house. Clean, great showers comfy bed. Great views of sunsets and sunrises. We had a blast fishing off the deck in back. Close to beaches and all that Frisco has to offer. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Quiet Memories

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Quiet & friendly! The house is exactly as pictured, rustic and cozy. We had a great time fishing from the dock, baiting the crab trap (not so much catching them!) Nice canal for kayaking and paddle boarding, access to the sound. Overall great place. Family friendly

Great Location and Very Comfortable

We had a great time here! The place was large and clean, and the showers were great. Super close to multiple beaches, and we enjoyed having access to some of the beach equipment in the storage room. The screened in porch was fantastic, as was the wraparound porch gazing out onto the water. Living room was great for hanging out, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Lots of natural light! Note — if you’re staying here and plan to cook, there’s plenty of pots and pans but you’ll need to bring basic spices (salt, pepper, etc.). I’d also recommend bringing some extra toilet paper and body wash if you’re staying for more than a few days and/or have a large group.
