“As the title states , it’s true, very cozy and the small town of Frostproof is very quant. The 5th wheel is very comfortable and everything you need is there. Our host Christine was very accommodating and always available via text to answer for any questions. The property is pet friendly and that’s important to us. The property was quiet and the accommodations are a deal for the money. 10X better than staying in the nicest motel for sure !Stay here because you will be happy you did !!”

“The breakfast food was ok. Served fan kill my style which was nice but the vegetarian meats were warm at best. The kids loved the playground and the room. Overall I’d come here again asks just plan to not eat breakfast on site. ”

“Absolutely one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in….beautifully decorated…fantastically clean….shopping close buy .more importantly the graciousness of our host ! We were there from SW Florida to escape the wrath of Milton…. Heidi, our host was very attentive to us during our stay…we found a new friend in Heidi….”

“Had to stay due to a family emergency and needed something fast and on a budget. Hotel was clean, cold air, and was very close to family. No complaints, but this is a very basic and clean hotel. Might want to pack your own towels, bath towels are small and thin. 4 stars because its the best to be expected for what it is. ”
