“The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were nice. We were a bit upset to discover the pool and hot tub were in need of repair and somewhat neglected in general. The outdoor pool was the main reason we chose this property.”

“The first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all.There was donuts in there from the previous guests.No pillows on one of the beds and an open bar of soap and I opened cup in the bathroom.We went down to the front desk and they moved us to another room, but they went to check the room first and made sure that it was okay which tells me this sort of thing happens often. The whole property is very old and dated and desperately needs to be updated.”

“La camera era spaziosa, tuttavia nè l’hotel nè la camera stessa esprimevano grande pulizia. All’interno della camera c’erano diverse mosche ed è stato davvero fastidioso. La ragazza mora alla reception è stata molto gentile. Tuttavia l’hotel non prevede la pulizia giornaliera anche per chi soggiornava, come noi, per diverse notti. Sul sito di Expedia risultava il contrario, forse è importante che la struttura ed Expedia verifichino le informazioni che riportano. ”

“Super cute airstream trailer where we stayed during our UT/CO roadtrip. Very clean and seamless check in process even after hours. Lovely walking path down by the Colorado River. We were even able to use the grills to enjoy dinner.”

“Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

“They didn’t clean my room even if expressly requested ”

“From the start we had some hiccups. There is no front desk, no one working on site. Check in was through text which wasn’t sent when called the number the bar offered us it was an AI person which roughly took us 30 mins standing in the sun outside the locked front door. Once in the room was cute, nice with a wet bar too. The bathroom door slammed shut which left it smelling musty and poopy inside. We went to dinner enjoyed a concert and walked back to the end of our night. Once ready for bed...

“The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.”
