Newly Remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Suite with Grill Close to the Villages

Located just outside The Villages it is close enough to enjoy the Villages and what it has to offer. We are just a few minutes from the Villages and about 10 minutes to all 3 downtown squares. We are also just a few minutes away from historic Leesburg and Mt Dora.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath home has been remodeled to provide you with all the comforts of home.

Located in the historic town of Fruitland Park, 2 blocks from the Library and the municipal pool. Located only 2 blocks from Lake Griffin State Park with boat ramp into Lake Griffin, home to many bass tournaments.

The covered carport will accommodate a 23 foot boat with electric available.

This beautiful house offers a stunning living room that contains a sofa w/queen sleeper with a 36” LCD TV. The dining area hosts a table that can seat 4.

The house has an Outdoor Patio with Gas Grill with cast iron table with 4 chairs .

The updated kitchen is equipped with an induction burner, refrigerator, and microwave. .

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser and TV. The queen sofa sleeper has an upgraded Tempur-Pedic mattress for a comfort night sleep.

The beautiful main bath has a walk in over sized shower with built in bench. The shared laundry room has laundry tub and washer and dryer.

Leesburg stay

The Carriage House was the perfect “home base” to explore the area. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had difficulty with the gas grill. Joyce answered our call immediately and within minutes we were fixed and ready to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean, quite

This home was an absolute gem! It was so cute, clean, quite and not one single detail was overlooked. Joyce was a pleasure, you can tell she loves hosting. I was greeted with spa like music, a wonderful scent and some delicious sweet treats. Definitely recommend this for a solo trip or couples getaway.

Great Stay

I stayed at Ms Joyce's house for a bass tournament on the Harris Chain of Lakes. It was perfect for parking the boat in the carport with electricity for charging the batteries. Everything inside was as advertised and suited us perfect for the stay.

Fabulous place!

The Carriage House is a lovely, well-designed space. Very comfortable bed, efficient kitchen, spacious bathroom, and plenty of relaxing seating. The patio area is great for enjoying the mild weather (we were there in late February, so nice and mild with no bugs!). Definitely would book another stay!

Lovely carriage house

Lovely, cozy home with a beautiful private patio. We stayed two nights for a busy fishing tournament. Just wish we'd had more time to enjoy the patio.

Perfect Hidden Little Gem

Everything was just perfect for my stay at The Carriage House. The place was immaculate and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the towels luxurious. I felt so pampered. The chocolate dipped strawberries upon my arrival made it even more special. I enjoyed sitting outside in the patio area with my coffee in the mornings. Belle would stop by for her morning treat and visit. She is such a love. I was only 7 minutes away from family, so the location was very convenient. One of my favorite things is a notebook with helpful tips, local restaurants and basically anything you need to know about the rental, so thank you for providing one. I cannot recommend this place enough. I hope to stay everytime I come to Florida to visit family.

We enjoyed our stay. The cozy accommodations were great for us. Joyce was very helpful when we inquired about a toaster. The laundry room was great for use just before departing. The grill was not what we expected so we did not use. The grill next door was what we saw online, so that was misleading. Bella was very friendly and she seemed to enjoy newcomers. Overall, great start to our vacation. Thank you for your care and hospitality.

The perfect getaway cottage

I originally went for a work trip and found this place online. It was exactly as it showed in the picture. It was very quaint and cozy and the area was very quiet. I loved how work was only 10 minutes away from where we were at. It had a very homey field to it also. The owner of the property was very quick with communication and I have no complaints!

Charming Carriage House

The accommodations were perfect for 1 or 2 people. Any more than that might get crowded. The amenities were nice, but an empty propane tank for the gas grill took away from the experience. The kitchen has a cook top but no oven, so the grill is a necessity. All in all, my stay at the Carriage House met my expectations. I would recommend it to my friends and I would book again in the future.
