Welcome to our cozy and inviting retreat in The Villages, Florida! Our lovely 3-bedroom, 4-bed, 2-bathroom home is located in the heart of this beautiful and active retirement community and offers the perfect base for your next Florida vacation.
Step inside, and you'll immediately feel at home in our tastefully decorated and fully furnished living spaces. Whether you're cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing in the comfortable living room, or enjoying a meal on the screened-in lanai, you'll appreciate the thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home.
The Master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other amenities include a golf cart, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a two-car garage.
Our home is ideally located within easy walking or golf cart distance to The Villages' many amenities and activities, including pools, recreation centers, golf courses, and countless clubs and activities. Other things to note
This is a 55+ community. If you would like a temporary residence pass for Villages activities (golf, pickleball, etc) it will cost $50, for a max of 2 people. (This process can take multiple days so please let us know when booking.)


Guests using the provided golf cart must have a valid driver's license and maintain insurance coverage obtained through their car insurance company. By operating the golf cart, guests accept full responsibility for any incidents and agree to comply with local laws.
