"The hotel is located in a well manatained historical building. Indeed, the building was impressive, and we really had the feeling of living a piece of the Wurzburg history. The room was huge, and we had windows all over the room. The furniture was nice and perfectly matched the hotel style. Apart from the bedroom, there was an entrance where we could leave some stuff, and a nice bathroom with a huge shower. We also received a small bottle of local wine (Riesling) as present from the Hotel. The hotel is located very near to the town centre, which is definitely worth the visit."

"Tutto in linea con lo stile Mercure. Struttura moderna, camere anche. Solo un po’ piccola. Parcheggio in struttura al coperto. Chiaramente a pagamento."

"Buona struttura, pulita e graziosa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione discreta, sia per la parte dolce che per quella salata. Purtroppo parcheggiare la moto nei garage non e' possibile. "

"Check in Pessimo. Avevo prenotato x 1 notte. 3 giorni prima del mio arrivo scrivo all'Hotel per aggiungere 1 notte... Nessuna riposta. Arrivo in Hotel intorno alle 14. Check in, documenti, chiedo di poter aggiungere 1 notte, tutto ok... Dopo 10 minuti, mi viene detto, torni alle 15. Torno alle 15 check in + notte in piu' ( 124 euro ). Carta di credito a garanzia sembra tutto ok. Il giorno dopo, faccio colazione, visito la citta', pranzo fuori, torno in albergo alle 14.00 vado in stanza, la chiave non funziona. Scendo giu' alla reception.. praticamente dovevo fare check out x la prenotazione 'vecchia' e nuovamente check in x la notte aggiunta ( in stanza c'erano le mie valigie e in cassaforte i miei soldi ). Facciamo questa pagliacciata e mi dice che prima delle 15 non posso rientrare in camera x via delle pulizie... Nel frattempo pago la notte in piu e mi addebitano 174 euro. Gli dico che erano 124 ( come da modulo firmato ). Mi dicono che era la caparra.... ( Caparra x uno che ha gia' dormito li la notte prima... ). Al momento la caparra non mi e' stata restituita e blocchero' il pagamento. Patetici."
