“Hotel che merita le sue stelle. Parcheggio comodo annesso alla struttura e poi da lì si visita tutto a piedi. Colazione imperdibile. La camera è molto confortevole con spazi efficientemente disposti. Il personale della reception è attento a tutte le richieste. Consigliato ”

“Gutes Hotel, leider direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die vorderen Zimmer haben zwar 4-fach Verglaste Fenster, dennoch „merkt“ man den Verkehr. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Service, Sauberkeit und Personal sind vorbildlich. ”

“It was a terrible experience. The only positive aspect was the location, near the main square. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and there were workers with mortar and cement at the tiny reception room. To reach our room, we walked down a long, dark corridor with flashing lights illuminating the doors to other rooms. It was like walking through a typical corridor from a Resident Evil video game. “Truly horrible check-in procedure (took 2 hours going from one webpage to another and another and another and another and so on), small room (20m2?), NO heating, terrible customer service. Entrance smells of paint, and at 09:00 they wake you up with 2 pings to give you an advice you have to leave the flat at 11:00 - incredible.”

“Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und hatte gute Anbindungen an die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG wo die Größe sehr gut war. Allerdings war die Dusche sehr dreckig (als hätte man diese nicht gewaschen) und aufgrund dessen das wir im EG waren konnte jeder Fremde durchs Fenster schauen, was die Privatsphäre etwas gehindert hat und man hat die laute Straßenbahn leider sehr stark im Zimmer gehört wodurch das Schlafen etwas schlechter war. ”
