“It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

“Soggiorno piacevole,stanza pulita,il lavandino però aveva una lentezza eccessiva nello scaricare.Il team ha risposto prontamente utilizzando un liquido,che ha migliorato ma non risolto. La zona intorno molto bella,i negozi vicini,la fermata della tube a poca distanza. Lo consiglio per il lobby,luminoso pulito,grande e silenzioso.”

“God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊”

“I will say that the room itself was very nice. HOWEVER: The room temperature during the heat wave was over 95 degree F. The windows did not open (and according to the host weren't legally allowed to open more than basically an inch). There is no air conditioning. The host offered to bring a second fan, but they didn't end up having any. Regardless, the only fan we had was not strong enough to cool even a single person and merely blew 95 degree heat on us.
