“It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

“I was denied entry because I did not bring my passport. I contacted Bob as I have a screenshotof my passport but he said he wants the physical passport. I left and joined my reunion with my friends from US. Then boarded my train late at night to go home. And then I received a message Bob sent a link. Too late. “I will say that the room itself was very nice. HOWEVER: The room temperature during the heat wave was over 95 degree F. The windows did not open (and according to the host weren't legally allowed to open more than basically an inch). There is no air conditioning. The host offered to bring a second fan, but they didn't end up having any. Regardless, the only fan we had was not strong enough to cool even a single person and merely blew 95 degree heat on us. “Un grande residence con oltre 300 miniappartamenti, e qualche bi-trilocale, molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Metro a 8 minuti a piedi. Bei ristoranti in zona. Reception 7/24. La nostra stanza era tra le più piccole e ci si muoveva a malapena, con cucinotto finestrato e bagno dalla vernice molto scrostata. Bell’affaccio da un bowindow su strada. “L'hotel si trova su una strada molto carina e ben frequentata, a due passi dalla stazione e dalla metro. Struttura fantastica, ogni stanza è un container perfettamente riadattato, completo di tutto. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. Nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia, non è troppo rumoroso e soprattutto ti forniscono di utili tappi per le orecchie.”
