“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

“The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...

“It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

“I liked the place where this hotel is located, and the fact that it is very clean. I did not like the fact that the kitchen has no windows, meaning that the whole apartment smells bad after cooking and you are obliged to eat out. Also, if you are more than 2 people, you are given a cot, and bot a sofa bed as advertised. I didn't like the lift, tiny and not modern. But the worst aspect is probably the price, which was very high and as high as 2 rooms in a hotel.”
