“Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.”

“I have giving (0) to your services, you acted like a scammers, and I believe you are, i paid for the room in full and didn't get the services paid for, i was asked to pay a holding fees only after I paid for the room. The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. “Non ci aspettavamo granché per quello che abbiamo pagato, ma mancava il minimo indispensabile. Al nostro arrivo c’era una puzza nauseabonda nel bagno (sospettiamo che il ragazzo alla reception l’avesse usato un attimo prima del nostro check in) e un insetto enorme sul muro. Il vano doccia era orrendo e sporchissimo, il tubo del doccino rotto faceva schizzare acqua ovunque, impossibile lavarsi in modo decente. Mancanza di riscaldamento, se non per un mini termosifone malfunzionante. Infissi...

“Solito piccolo hotel londinese ma leggermente piu' economico rispetto gli altri vicini. Ottima posizione, impagabile, vicinissimo a metro e stazione treni e ristoranti vari. Personale cordiale, Buona colazione, nella norma. Ottima qualità del sonno. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono considerando posizione e di essere a Londra. Lo consiglierei in definitiva.”
