The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms – one suite with a double bed, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a third room with a single bed with a single bed with a drawer, which can be converted into a double bed – as well as two bathrooms, one en suite and one shared.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a bright and cosy living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or socialising. A large balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, provides the ideal space to unwind at the end of the day.

Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

AREA

The property is located in a prime area of Funchal, just a few minutes’ walk from Praia Formosa.

In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, as well as the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, which is about a 10-minute walk away. There is also easy access nearby to the seafront promenade and cycle path, perfect for walks or bike rides by the ocean.

The area also offers convenient access to padel courts, green spaces, and various leisure options. Funchal city centre is about a 10-minute drive or a 40-minute walk, making it an excellent base from which to explore the city.

In the city centre, you’ll find tourist attractions, historic gardens, museums, traditional markets, and a variety of cultural, nature-based, or adventure activities to suit all interests and ages.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
