Unfortunately, the comfort and management aspects were disappointing. The living room seating is not suitable for an apartment of this size—the couch is essentially lawn furniture and not comfortable for indoor use. The master bedroom shower had very low water pressure, and the hot water heater only allowed for one hot shower at a time. As we were five people, this was inconvenient.
The apartment is equipped with noise detection sensors that send automatic SMS alerts if a certain decibel level is exceeded. We received a message early one morning claiming excessive noise during hours when everyone was asleep. Our group consisted of two adults, one senior, and two children, so we were not a partying group. When we contacted the management company, the response was dismissive, suggesting we “must have gone over” and even speculating that a toilet flush could have triggered it.
This was particularly frustrating given that the apartment is above a warehouse that operates daily from around 08:00–09:00 with significant noise, and there was construction taking place in another apartment in the building during the day.
Most concerning was that the apartment was entered without prior notice to change linens and towels while we were out, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.
Overall, while the location and parking are very good, issues with comfort, intrusive monitoring, poor communication, and lack of privacy significantly affected our stay.
