Flat in Funchal with Sea View - Amparo II

This flat is perfect for people looking for a city holiday, away from the fast-paced atmosphere of the city centre, but close to various services and access points. Recently decorated, with care for detail and comfort, this flat has two bedrooms; the first is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds. The other bathroom in the flat is general and is also equipped with a bathtub.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a dining table. The living room, which has fantastic natural light, is decorated for your comfort, with a cosy sofa and a dining table to enjoy your meals.

Outside there's a pleasant balcony with sea views and a small table where you can have your meals or take the opportunity to read a book or relax in the chairs available.

The building is equipped with a lift and has parking for one car.

Note: the building is located near a military regiment, so some sounds of military training can be heard during the day.

AREA
The property is located in the residential area of Amparo, just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Funchal. Next to the building you'll find various services, including bakeries, cafés and hairdressers. A quiet area with quick access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the Promenade that links Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. Nearby you'll find the Forum Madeira shopping centre, various restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services.
If you choose to go to the city centre of Funchal, there are many tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We would like to inform you that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all people staying in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Before the arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
