“Amazing place”

He helped with bringing our luggage upstairs and gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. There are not many early morning breakfast options. “We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you”

“Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay.”

The issue we had was upon check-in when we were trying to pay the city tax. We attempted to pay the city tax a few times when we checked in and then the person trying to collect the tax came back about four times and four hours, which was...
