I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

Accueil tres sympa, j ai adore l appart, tres bon canape lit, coin cuisine bien amenage, grande sdb avec baignoire, j avais une belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. “Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam.
Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later…

“Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”
“It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.”

I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get.
