“Ottimo”

“Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay.”

“The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. “Excellent property with stunning views to a lake (Grundlsee) and the mountains. Helpful, friendly and very welcoming staff. Recommend.”

“Amazing place”

“Ottima sistemazione nello spirito autentico dell'Austria Felix”

“We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you”

“The Hallstatt Hideaway is a beautiful spot. We stayed in a room located on the mountain with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was large but cozy, and came with a few drinks stocked. Communication was easy through WhatsApp to arrange sauna time, check-in, and checkout.”

“Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities, checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay.”
