“Nice modern hotel with really good staff. Management was very helpful. Mr. Saito had many good suggestions. The breakfast was a good call, lots of options. The hotel has its own bus that will take you anywhere around town and the resorts. It’s walkable to stores and restaurants”

“The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. ”
