“スタッフの方は親切でした。ホテルは綺麗ですがとにかく古い。設備も古く、まさかのオートロックなし！セキュリティ的に不安に思います。ベッドのライトが1つ切れていました。洗面台の水の流れが悪く、水がたくさん溜まってしまいました。部屋のシャワールームに水滴がついていたこと、細かいかもしれませんが、ベッドの布団の上に何かの跡がついた状態だったことや、イスに大きなシミがあったことも残念に思いました。温泉も気持ちよかったし、お水の準備も良かったですが、これだけのお値段で残念に思う点が数々あると、再訪はないかなと思います。”

“Beautiful boutique hotel with clean & spacious room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast area was not big but has a good variety of food which our family (kids included) enjoyed very much. Has a washer & dryer at 1st level, free for guests to use. Parking was not right next to hotel but was easy to locate & just a very short walk from the hotel - not an issue at all. Thank you for the good stay - will be back!”

“We loved this Swiss looking artsy hotel , with a beautiful lobby that you can roast marshmallows at by the fire pit indoors, some free beverages for guests in the afternoon , and many amenities you can take up to your room like fancy shampoos and hair masks.
