Spacious, modern and air-conditioned apartment of 80m², classified 4 stars, with private sauna and jacuzzi for up to 7 people in top-of-the-range conditions.
Located 5 minutes from Strasbourg, it includes an American kitchen, two bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom with private sauna and a jacuzzi.
Its main assets are:
• Optimized capacity to accommodate up to 7 people,
• A large bathroom with walk-in shower and rain water,
• A private outdoor Jacuzzi 6 places heated to 38 ° located on the terrace and usable all year round between 8 am and 10 pm (package of 50 € for the stay for the whole),
• A private sauna in Canadian red maple with infrared and carbon rays.This type is used by physiotherapists to treat back problems, muscle and blood circulation problems,
• A 20m² terrace with gas barbecue, garden furniture and table for 6 people.
• Top-of-the-range equipment for optimal comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• An American fridge with ice cube production
• A washing machine and a dryer,
• A dishwasher,
• A wine cellar,
• All the necessary crockery for 7 people (glasses, plates, saucepans, ...)
• A raclette and a stone grill,
• Three coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso and filters),
• Kettle.
The two bedrooms of the cottage have new bedding which will give you pleasant nights. We offer you the choice among several types of cushions (feathers, shaped foam and hollow fiber). The single bed is located in the walk-in closet and replaces it when in use.
The composition of the beds is as follows:
• 2 double beds,
• 1 single bed,
• 1 sofa bed.
The cottage also offers:
• A television in each room including a 50 "4K 3D Ambilight with Chromecast in the living room,
• Free cot and baby chair, on request.
• 3 free parking spaces in front of the entrance
Rental conditions:
• Minimum 2 nights (except exceptions except weekends, contact us).
• Animals in supplement, 30 € per animal.
• Being located in a peaceful location, parties and parties are prohibited.
Remember to bring towels and bathrobes for the jacuzzi as well as coffee pods.

Es war super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe an Straßburg gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar eine Popcorn-Maschine mit gestellten kostenfreien Maiskörnern. Wir hatten alle eine Menge Spaß und sind entspannt nach Hause gefahren.

Wir waren sehr froh mit der Unterkunft und die Vermieter waren super freundlich. Die Anbindung zu Straßburg ist echt spitze. Abends konnten wir ruhig unseren Grill Abend genießen und uns entspannt im Whirlpool entspannen. Echt schön

Nous avons passé un mois très agréable dans l'appartement, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, confortable et lumineux. La vue est incomparable. C'était bien pratique de profiter de trois place de parking. L'appartement est très calme, bien que proche des axes routiers. La propriétaire est très arrangeante. L'accès à Strasbourg par l'autoroute ou en bus est facile et rapide. Nous recommandons ce logement aux familles avec enfants, adolescents. Deux familles peuvent cohabiter sans problème. Nous y logerons de la famille en visite ou des amis sans aucune hésitation.

Dieses Appartment, ein Traum. Sieben Frauen die mehr als glücklich waren, wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Zu dem Appartment: Es ist einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt, purer Luxus! Die Sauna genial, der Whirlpool grandios & die Einrichtung wundervoll - die Vermieter haben dieses Domizil sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. - eine Kerze hat gebrannt als wir ankamen, der Whirlpool schon heiß und der Sekt kalt - was will man mehr? Die Getränkekühlschrank, perfekt für die Party und den Spieleabend der bevorstand! Uns sind lediglich die Gläser ausgegangen aber wir hatten Plastikbecher dabei! :-D Die Regendusche, die ruhige Umgebung, die neu befüllung des Whirlpools und die Eiswürfel Maschine waren ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Die Vermieter extrem nett und total unkompliziert - Wir danken hierfür nochmals! Wir kommen wieder!

Un accueil chaleureux et une propreté parfaite ! Le lieu est calme bien qu'il soit situé dans un lotissement : on se croit coupé du reste du monde. Possibilité de promenades dans les vignes. Tout est propice au repos et permet de se ressourcer. À refaire sans aucun doute ! Merci.

Es war ein schöner 14-tägiger Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Eine tolle Gegend, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so perfekt ist.

Schiebetüren in der ganzen Wohnung machen den Aufenthalt hellhörig und für zwei Familien zu eng. Küchenausstattung war zu knapp was Geschirr und sonstige Utensilien angeht. Es fehlte sogar ein Schöpflöffel. Wohnung hat kaum Fenster nicht im WC und nicht im Bad daher generell etwas finster. Ausblick auf Betonwand war nicht so schön, da war die Wandverkleidung wohl noch nicht fertig und der Garten gehört zu dem eigentlichen Haus in dem die Besitzer wohnen, kann aber mit genutzt werden. Vermieter sehr nett und toller Empfang mit Sekt und Schokolade und für ein Kleinkind war alles nötige vorhanden. Sogar Kisten mit Spielzeug. Fazit absolut empfehlenswert für eine Familie

épatant l'accueil vraiment excellent il n'y a rien d'autre à dire ! Propriétaire qui se dévoue beaucoup pour ses locataires , vraiment sympa ! Ayant eut la chance de rencontrer leur petites famille qui mon très bien accueillie également j'ai de suite compris d'où toutes ses qualités venais ! Porte à porte avec Strasbourg ! L'appartement nickel conforme au photos même mieux je dirais jaccuzi sauna et plein d'autre équipements juste exceptionnel ! Bouteille de crémant pour mon arrivée ! Juste un mot MERCI beaucoup ! Chose sur je reviendrais , propriétaires très propre appartement nickel petit séjour très chaleureux au top ! je recommande sans hésiter !! C'était un plaisir à très vite . Linda

We stayed here based on the numerous rave reviews but I must admit, it was nothing special. It's a basement apartment which is nicely done up but, missing the warm cosy touch. It was fairly cold down here and needed the heat on a bit. The living room was missing a coffee table and, all eating had to be done at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen whilst well equipped was missing bits that, you would need to make a family meal. The hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. The bathroom had no towels even though, the description says that bath linen is included. Overall the quality of the beds and furniture is quite good. The village itself is nothing special with a handful of shops. There is a gorgeous bakery about 200m from the house. The street is new and cannot be found on many navigation systems. It's about 17km to Strasbourg and public transport is not available often. Arnaud was a great host and showed us everything. Overall for a day or two this place is adequate but I would not recommend it for longer stays. Slightly disappointed with the overall stay. I would have to think twice before coming here again.

Zonder meer echt een aanrader! Tijdens onze vakantie in de Elzas verbleven wij 5 dagen in dit luxe appartement. Na een dag vol indrukken te hebben opgedaan in deze prachtige regio, was het 's avonds heerlijk bijkomen in de buiten jacuzzi en ontspannen in de sauna. Dit mooie appartement heeft fijne bedden en een volledig uitgeruste keuken (van 3 verschillende koffiezet machines, toaster, Amerikaanse koelkast tot volledige pannenuitzet). Ook aan de kinderen is gedacht: de Xbox viel bij onze zoon zeer goed in de smaak. Op nog geen 2 minuten lopen bevindt zich een heerlijke boulangerie. De locatie is centraal gelegen in de Elzas; je bent binnen 15 minuten in Strasburg. Authentieke dorpjes, wijngaarden en kastelen zijn van hier uit ook goed aan te rijden. Wat wij ook fijn vonden was dat het appartement is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk. Locaties die zeker een bezoek waard zijn: Obernai, Kintzheim, Chateau Haut-Köningsbourg, Chateau Fleckenstein, St. Odile. Thank you Arnaud & Isabelle for the pleasant and luxury stay in your beautiful apartment! We really enjoyed our stay, especially the Xbox was very appreciated by our son :-) For our next stay in the Elzas we will certainly come back again!

Super séjour passė en septembre dernier. Les proprio sont très sympathique et de bon conseil pour les bonnes adresses. De plus le logement eSt impeccable. Si nous retournons en Alsace ceSt sans hésiter que nous retournerons dans cette location.

Séjour au top dans ce superbe appartement aménagé en sous-sol. Nous pensions arriver dans un appartement en étage, et finalement c'est en descendant quelques marches d'une maison neuve dans un lotissement très calme que l'on découvre un superbe appart, aménagé avec goût. La cuisine équipée est très pratique, le frigo américain avec glace pilée permet de faire des Mojito à toute heure ! La terrasse est plein sud ce qui permet de profiter du soleil toute la journée. Le jacuzzi est indispensable dès la tombée de la nuit pour passer de bonnes soirées. Intimité assurée. Sauna au top, piscine au top, proprio au top !! Merci encore pour l'apéro! nous avons passé un week-end détente comme on en rêvait ! Je recommande pour le calme, l'équipement et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et avons été très bien accueilli par Arnaud et sa famille. Nos petits bouts ont trouvé à notre arrivée des jouets à leur attention pour leur rendre le séjour encore plus agréable mais c'était des jouets pour garçon, or notre deuxième est une petite fille...qui a reçu le lendemain un joli chat robotisé à l'image du chat botté qu'elle n'a plus lâché !!! L'appartement est très beau, bien aménagé et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire (lave/sèche linges, plaques induction, four, microonde, frigo américain) avec en plus une plancha, le sauna et le jaccuzi! Nous avons donc passé un super séjour et y retournerons si nous repassons un jour dans le Bas-Rhin

L'appartement est très sympa, beau, propre fonctionnel et bien décoré. Jacuzzi, frigo américain sauna, douche à l'italienne, grand écran, ... autant de choses pour se sentir bien pour un weekend ou en vacance. Literie très confortable. Le village est à deux pas de Strasbourg et pas très loin de l'Allemagne. De plus le prix est abordable.
