Villa Finizia si trova a Furore, nella parta alta del paese, molto vicina ad Agerola a circa 1 km, meta ambita per poter avventurarsi in uno dei percorsi di Trekking più bello al mondo ovvero il Sentiero degli Dei. La proprietà però non è molto distante dalla bellissima Amalfi, circa 10 km. La proprietà è immersa nella macchia mediterranea, gode di un panorama stupendo, quando si osserva il tramonto estivo dal suo terrazzo sembrerà quasi di vivere un’atmosfera surreale data la sua incredibile bellezza. A soli 5 minuti in auto oppure circa 15-20 minuti a piedi potrete avere a vostra disposizione bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercato, macelleria, caseificio e tabaccaio. Si accede alla proprietà attraverso circa 40 gradini ed è in grado di ospitare comodamente 6 persone. A disposizione della struttura c’è un posto auto riservato. La proprietà è arredata con molto savoir-faire ed è così suddivisa, al 1° piano:
- solarium con vasca idromassaggio
- ingresso con vetrate vista mare;
- ampio salone arredato con divano, poltrone e TV;
- cucina attrezzata in stile americano, dotata di finestra e balcone con accesso allo spazioso terrazzo,
dove gli ospiti potranno consumare in pieno relax i pasti;

Attraverso un elegante scala in marmo si accederà al 2° piano dove è locata la zona notte composta da:

Infine Villa Finizia è dotata di 2 bellissimi terrazzi entrambe panoramici, con tavolo e sedie e l’altro adibito a zona solarium con sdraio e vasca idromassaggio . Questi terrazzi saranno il luogo ideale dove godersi dei lunghi momenti in pieno relax. The property is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys a wonderful panorama, when you observe the summer sunset from its terrace it will almost seem to live a surreal atmosphere given its incredible beauty. The property is furnished with a lot of know-how and is divided as follows, on the 1st floor:
- terrace with solarium and hot tub
- entrance with windows overlooking the sea;
- large living room furnished with sofa, armchairs and TV;

The property is accessed through about 40 steps and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Villa Finizia has 2 beautiful terraces both panoramic, one with table and chairs and the other used as a solarium area with deck chairs and the hot tub. These terraces will be the ideal place to enjoy long relaxing moments. A car can be parked next to the access stairs of the property.
FROM THIS YEAR THE PROPERTY WILL HAVE A COMFORTABLE OUTDOOR HOT TUB AVAILABLE.WE WILL BE PUBLISHING THE PHOTOS SOON.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In case the guests have to come after 20 o'clock have to pay a penalty of euros 30 by cash.
- At the check-in time you will be request the identity card or the passport of all guests and the payment of the City Tax. Since 2011, the City Council approved the application of the City Tax for all non-residents. This tax was created to try to improve and offer more services. The cost is of euros 2 per day per person. The tax is due for the whole solar year and is calculated only on the first 7 nights. They are exempt from children under the age of 10 years.
