Dear Guest, thanks for staying in our hotel. We are a little sad, because you got a FREE upgrade in a balcony room and just told the recommend as o.k. for Fuschl am See.

Close to the beach
Overall was a 3 rating. It’s a really good location with a short walk to the beach, shops and other restaurants. The hotel itself, we found the staff abrubt and unapproachable. The room ended up being double the amount after we added one person. The room was clean and looked after everyday. Although the towels were not changed to fresh ones everyday and only soap was provided with no shower gel, which we had to buy. Breakfast was nice but the bread was the same as they sold at the Hofer up the road. If you’re just looking for a base to stay then this is a great location, the village is beautiful with some nice restaurants on the water front. The hotel is a short drive from all the other lakes around the area.

Dear guest, thanks for your information about Fuschl and our hotel. We can tell you, that we do NOT shop in Hofer. All our bread is cooked fresh every morning by Resch and frisch, what is a very good Austrian bakery. In our bathrooms are info , if you need fresh towels to put the towels on the floor, it is written in german - sorry. Also shower gel, only ask our very helpful chambermaid. Next visit in Fuschl you will have also a balcony room, this time it been a nice lake view. Regards Rosita

Wir danken für Ihre Bemühungen und werden mit Sicherheit Ihre Vorschläge beachten und weiterhin , wie bisher unsere Zimmer laufend renovieren . Auf Grund der sehr strengen Sommertage müssen Sie etwas Nachsicht mit unserem fleißigen Mitarbeitern haben.

Für einige Nächte eine gute Wahl
Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lage quasi direkt am Fuschlsee spricht am meisten für das Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkt etwas lieblos, die Qualität ist aber durchaus in Ordnung. Das Teewasser sollte definitiv heißer sein. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht nicht ganz meiner Vorstellung, aber das ist wohl der Hauptreisezeit geschuldet.

Wir danken für Ihre Bemühungen unseren weiteren Gästen unser Haus zu beschreiben. Den Teekessel am Frühstücksbuffet kann jeder Gast selber einstellen, schade, hätten Sie uns vor Ort Bescheid gegeben, wäre Ihr Tee sicherlich sehr heiß gewesen. Wir haben selbst gemachte Marmeladen , Brot und Aufstriche, dies dürfte man nicht wirklich als lieblos bezeichnen. In jedem Bad ist die Lüftung mit dem Licht gekoppelt, das können wir leider nicht ändern, jedoch werden wir auf die Sauberkeit besonders achten.
