“We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The views from the room and the restaurant are breathtaking.”

“I arrived at 8pm; the reception was closed and further no indication. walking around I found the restaurant and they helped me further on. I would advise them to give some indications at the reception where to go..”

“Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”

“Ich war am Eröffnungstag da. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und insgesamt waren die Hotelbetreiber sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück kann man sich am Abend zuvor zusammenstellen und am nächsten Tag zu seiner gewünschten Uhrzeit zu sich nehmen. Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof und deshalb auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.”

“Camera pulita, hotel in posizione conveniente per il centro, parcheggio poco lontano (se parcheggiate in strada spendete comunque meno della metà). Non abbiamo provato la colazione.”

Beim Selbst-Check-in lagen Namen, Zimmernummern und Schlüsselkarten für jeden offen und ungeschützt aus – ein massiver Datenschutz-Verstoß. Der Flur im 1. OG war zudem komplett dunkel.
