She told us that, since we had a video of us getting out of the taxi upon arrival, she could use it to trace the taxi company and license plate in order to help locate the phone. We were deeply moved by her kindness.

La colazione a buffet costa 18mila won a persona al giorno (se non è già inclusa nella tariffa della camera) e si paga direttamente alla reception. Altrimenti si può acquistare qualcosa nei piccoli supermercati dei dintorni e portarlo in camera o andare alla caffetteria di catena che si trova al piano terra.

"Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us.
The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless."
"Hotel scenografico, camera ampia e ben curata, vista impagabile dall’ampia vetrata, solo quella vale il prezzo. Zona comoda se ti sposti con uber, ma se ti piace camminare non hai problemi a raggiungere il centro superando il ponte, viceversa potrebbe essere un po’ scomoda. Ma per struttura e camera ne vale comunque la pena. Colazione nulla di che per quanto riguarda la parte dolce."
