“We book five rooms for five days. 1Hotel not provided towels on first day. 2.Room service is poor. Hotel staff is not professional they always refuse is all the cases even if you demand a water. 3. No water arrangement in rooms we have went to recpection each time with our empty bottel to reffil them water jugs not provided. 4. Quality of food is so poor even street food is far better. 5. “We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch ”
