“Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ...

“WOW! What Great Place to stay, we loved sleeping up on Top of the Mountain up in the Trees. We several deer come up to visit, the sunset views were amazing and we even had a slow rain to fall asleep to! This is the Best Kept Secret in Tn. and we definitely will be back next year. October is a great time to visit Tn. Rachel was a Super Host and made our stay feel effortlessly. Definitely a 5 Star stay. Great Job, Rachel! Sincerely, Tracy & Gary Tx2Tn”

“Had a great experience at this cottage. The owner, Kevin is very kind and easy to work with. The place is exactly as pictured and in a peaceful location. It’s about 20-30 minutes from the highway and stores but if you’re up for a lovely scenic and serene drive, you’ll enjoy it!”

“Wonderful home with a great view of Dale Hollow Lake! The place had everything to meet the needs of our whole family - including a baby, several young adults and two dogs. We were very close to at least two marinas on the lake (we rented a boat from Sulphur Creek, which was also awesome!). Wildlife in the outdoor setting was abundant and communication with the host was excellent! Overall, we had a great 4th of July reunion for our family and would definitely vacation here again!”

“Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure.”

“Our stay was great from start to finish. We had trouble with the sauna and cold plunge and the host took care of it quickly. The property has plenty to do, hiking, fishing and playing with the farm animals. Everything was clean and the had everything we needed. They are pet friendly and our dog had a better time than us. Thanks to Geoff for going above and beyond for us.”
