Gator Grove - Queen Ann Grey - New Build!

Enjoy our spacious, new, property that is only 2.2 miles from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium! We are perfect for any University of Florida stay or Gainesville visit.

Our home is a brand new build with all new furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for cooking. We have 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

Walking distance to Cypress & Grove brewery and local walking/bike trail. Enjoy a central location on a peaceful, safe, street!

Great getaway

Beautiful house, nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the University and near great restaurants. Communication with the property manager was easy and any issues were immediately addressed. House is located in a quiet neighborhood that is being built up. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood feels safe. Parking can be a little tight but there is a designated spot that you can fit two cars in.

Great stay for the weekend

Qe enjoyed our stay for the weekend getaway. Only thing we notice with our stay was that someone else hair was in the shower that had not been cleaned out. But other than that ot was great open layout for family time. One down side was all the bedrooms are upstair so if you have issue woth stair this isnt the place for you.

Track meet stay

Great location. Beautiful home. The bathroom had used shower gel bottle and razor caps left in the shower in the master bedroom from the previous renter.

Not a bad place

There were a couple of things like hairs in the showers and suspicious marks on the walls around the toilets. I ended up just cleaning some of them off myself. Otherwise, it was a great location and nice house. Sprayer for the bathtub leaks when running a bath, so that was an unpleasant surprise and the owner has rules like "no eating on the furniture". Probably would not choose this property again, but overall I don't regret my time here.

This place is immaculate and looks to be a part of a developing neighborhood in Gainesville. Nick is incredibly responsive, and its clear he put a lot of thought into how to create a welcoming environment for guests. This will be the first place to look whenever i come back.

Family visit

Location of house was great. The only thing missing was a blender in the kitchen and dimmer switches for the overhead lights in the dining room and living room. Blackout or darker window shades in the bedrooms would be nice to block out lights from neighbors lights.

Gator game

Absolutely amazing house. Everyone loves it. TANKLESS water heater is life changer for game trips. Seriously great location for all other houses in vicinity are Vrbo and you’re there with fellow fans. But even for a trip or healthcare it’s PERFECT

Gator Game

Immaculate, freshly built almost, and it’s not someone’s grandmas outdated house where things are falling apart and you’re wondering how much mold is hiding (true story, some of these places are frightening) We have been renting VRBO’s for games since 2016 and even rented overseas and this home ranks in the top 3 for sure. We can’t wait for our next stay in a few weeks. Also the furniture is not the cheap stuff you’re afraid to use. Seriously we will rent again next year if available and our team improves ;-)

Gainesville getaway

Our stay was excellent. The house is like brand new and very comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, a brewery and a grocery store. Very close to the University and all the nightlife.
